About

A company built around practical automation

EmpiricLink AI builds custom AI agents and automation systems for service businesses — the kind where a missed call or a slow reply is the difference between a customer and a lost enquiry.

What we do

We design, build and deploy AI agents that handle customer conversations end to end: answering, qualifying, booking, following up, routing and escalating. Those agents run on voice, WhatsApp, web chat and forms, and they connect to the CRM, calendar and messaging tools a business already uses.

The work is closer to systems integration than to chatbot configuration. Most of the value sits in understanding a business well enough to define what the agent should ask, what it should never say, and exactly when a person needs to take over.

Why practical automation

There is no shortage of AI tools that demonstrate well and disappoint in production. The gap is almost never the model. It is that nobody mapped the real process first — including the exceptions, the awkward customers and the steps that only exist because of how one team has always done things.

So we spend the early part of every engagement on that mapping, and we are willing to conclude that a particular workflow is not worth automating. A smaller agent that reliably does one thing is worth considerably more than an ambitious one that needs supervision.

How we work with clients

Remotely, with businesses in any market. Discovery happens over calls and shared documents. Scope, escalation rules and boundaries are written down before anything is built. Nothing goes live until you have tested it yourself, and the first weeks after launch are treated as a refinement period rather than a handover.

Principles

How we approach the work

Automate the repetition, not the relationship

The parts of a customer conversation worth automating are the predictable ones — intake, routine questions, scheduling, follow-up. The parts that need judgement, reassurance or negotiation belong with your team, and the agent should be designed to hand them over quickly rather than to hold on.

Design from the process, not from the tool

It is easy to build something impressive that solves a problem you do not have. We start by documenting how enquiries actually reach you and what happens to them, then automate the parts where automation genuinely changes the outcome.

Say what the system cannot do

Every agent has boundaries. Being explicit about them — in the build, in the escalation rules and in what we tell you — is what keeps an agent from embarrassing you in front of a customer.

You should own what we build

Accounts registered in your name, documentation you can read, and configuration you can change. An automation you cannot understand or modify is a dependency, not an asset.

Founder

Muhammad Ramzan

EmpiricLink AI is founder-led. You will be talking to the person designing the agent, not to an account manager relaying requirements to a build team.

Working with us

  • You will see the agent before your customers do

Nothing goes live until you have read the conversation flows, approved the wording and tested it yourself.

  • Scope is agreed in writing

What the agent handles, what it escalates and what it must never do are documented before the build starts.

  • You keep your own accounts

WhatsApp, telephony and CRM accounts are registered to your business. You are not renting access to your own customer data.

  • Real conversations drive the changes

After launch we review actual transcripts together and fix what the logs show, rather than what we assumed.

Where we are

Lahore, Pakistan

Based in Lahore, Pakistan — working with businesses remotely.

Discovery, design reviews and support all run remotely over calls, shared documents and messaging. Time zones are agreed at the start so review sessions land inside your working day rather than ours.
