What it does
What a custom ai agent handles
Specialised agents per stage
One agent qualifies, another books, another handles post-sale questions — each with its own instructions, knowledge and permissions.
Structured handoffs
Agents pass context between stages so the customer never repeats themselves and nothing is lost between steps.
Explicit boundaries
Each agent is scoped to what it may say and do. Anything outside that scope escalates rather than improvising.
Built around your process
We map your existing workflow first and automate the parts that are genuinely repetitive, rather than reshaping your business around a product.
Workflow
How a conversation moves through the agent
An example flow. The exact steps, questions and escalation points are set during discovery and are yours to change.
-
Process mapping
We document the workflow as it runs today, including the exceptions.
-
Agent boundaries
We decide what each agent owns, what it escalates and what it must never do.
-
Build and connect
Agents are built, connected to your systems and tested against real scenarios.
-
Run and refine
The system goes live on a limited scope first and expands as it proves itself.
Questions
Custom AI Agents: what people ask
More general questions are answered on the FAQ page.
How do you decide what should be a separate agent?
Usually along the seams of your process. When a stage needs different knowledge, different permissions or a different tone, it is a strong candidate for its own agent.
Is a multi-agent system harder to maintain?
Each agent is simpler and easier to change than one large agent that does everything, but there are more moving parts. We only split where the split earns its keep.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether an agent fits your process — and where it would not.
