How EmpiricLink AI handles the information you give us through this website. Last updated 20 August 2026.
Who we are
EmpiricLink AI is an AI automation consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan, working with clients remotely. For any question about this policy or about your data, contact ram@empiriclink.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively give us. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name, website URL, industry, the service you are interested in, your stated business challenge, your preferred contact method and your message.
- Direct contact. Anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard web server logs, which include IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and user agent strings. We do not use these for profiling.
We do not use cookies for tracking, and this website does not run analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and a consent mechanism added where required.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss whether we can help.
- To provide services if you become a client.
- To keep basic records of business correspondence.
- To protect the website from abuse — the contact form applies rate limiting by IP address to prevent spam.
Where GDPR applies, our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by ticking the consent box on the contact form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and preventing abuse of our systems.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
- We do not use your enquiry to train AI models.
Who else sees your data
Contact form submissions are delivered by email and are processed by our hosting and email provider in the course of delivering and storing that message. We use service providers only where necessary to operate the business, and we do not disclose your information to anyone else except where we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they are useful for business correspondence and then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for legal and accounting purposes afterwards. Rate-limiting records are transient and hold a hashed value rather than a readable IP address.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent you previously gave. To exercise any of these, email ram@empiriclink.com. We will respond within the time frame the applicable law requires.
If you are in the UK or EU and are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. The contact form validates and sanitises all input server-side, and no credentials or API keys are exposed in client-side code. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical measures appropriate to the nature of the data we handle.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
External links
This site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Once you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply and this one does not.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
