Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this website. Last updated 20 August 2026.

Agreement

These terms govern your use of https://empiriclink.com and the content on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This is a marketing and information website for EmpiricLink AI, describing AI agent development and automation services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation or a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement takes precedence.

Accuracy of information

We aim to keep the site accurate and current. Descriptions of services, capabilities, integrations and workflows are general and illustrative. Whether a specific capability or integration is available for your business depends on your systems, your licensing and the scope agreed in writing. Example workflows and sample conversations shown on this site are clearly labelled as illustrations; they do not describe real client engagements or guarantee any particular result.

No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific business result, revenue increase, conversion rate, response time or cost saving from an AI agent implementation. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your process, your pricing and how your team uses the system.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code, copy and branding of this website belong to EmpiricLink AI unless stated otherwise. You may view and share the pages normally, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site substantially, republish its content as your own, or use our name or branding in a way that implies an association that does not exist.

Names of third-party products mentioned on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only as examples of technologies that may be integrated. Their mention does not indicate a partnership, endorsement or affiliation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the contact form to send spam, malicious content or fraudulent enquiries.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting or any connected system.
  • Scrape, overload or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the site.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may block access from any source that breaches these terms, and the contact form applies automated rate limiting.

Submissions

When you submit an enquiry, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Do not send confidential, regulated or personally sensitive information — including patient, customer or payment data — through the contact form. Where an engagement requires handling such information, we will agree an appropriate secure channel and the necessary contractual protections first.

Availability

We try to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.

Third-party links

This site links to external services such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpiricLink AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence. Terms governing an actual client engagement are set out in the relevant signed agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
